2.5 br standalone unit in a block of 6. Brand new split system cooling and heating, built in robes and I have a lot of spare furniture for anyone starting from scratch. There is a small bedroom/study that can be made exclusively yours for extra, otherwise being used for storage right now.

Bedroom has its own access to courtyard (and also access to a private exit and entrance).

Friendly and quiet neighborhood, right next to a very large park, close to restaurants, shopping, public transport. I’m also a driver and have a large vehicle so can provide some assistance with moving in and emergency transport.
House has Ethernet internet connections with a high speed, unlimited NBN plan included in rental price. All other utilities split 50/50.
I have some workout equipment at home that is open for use - a heavy bag and an elliptical machine. A public pool and gym is being built very close by (ie. Within 500 metres) and I believe it’s slated to be built by March 2025.

Daisy is a 2 year old desexed Japanese spitz x Pomeranian. She is very sweet, very playful and misses her two cat sisters who used to live here. She does not distinguish between humans in her affections, so anyone who could generally be home when I’m not to stop her from going mad from loneliness would be great
