Nice, clean modern townhouse, in a complex of 6 townhouses in central Carnegie. House is located in a quiet street, in a very friendly neighbourhood.
Secured entrance to property complex, with secure car park.
Close to everything in Carniegie, about 10 min walk to the center and all the main shops.
Currently have most the necessary appliances, with room to bring your own. There is one room available upstairs. The room is medium sized, can fit queen bed and other furniture, has built in wardrobes and heating/air conditioning. (Room can come furnished or unfurnished)

The downstairs is open kitchen and living space with a second toilet. There's a little garden zen garden in the back that I love cultivating and is great for barbecues or lounging out in the sun with sum beers.

Close to all shops and public transport, 2 train stations and no 67 tram line.

I’m Thomas, I’m 37 and originally from Germany, I am a self-employed tiler and work full time during the week.
In my spare time I like fixing cars, getting into creative projects such as restoring furniture and all kinds of woodworking, so you’ll often find me working on a project to make something original for the house. I like going for walks/drives and when home, putting together a great barbecue for myself and housemates.
I’m a bit of a handyman and enjoy fixing things.
I have a Kelpie called Buddy, who is with me at all times, Buddy is a really happy friendly and well trained dog, doesn’t bark, bite or jump. And does not go upstairs as he is afraid that the shower is up there. Also looks just like red dog.

Me and buddy are down to earth, relaxed, easy to get on with and keen to share our lovely home with someone who will try to make it their home too

Buddy is a 8 year old Kelpie.
Fully trained and understands everything.
He has a beautiful personality and will not go upstairs until you tell him to and will not steal your food off the table. Warning, he will give you the cutie puppy dog eyes if you do have food though ;)

I take him to work or/ and everywhere I go.
Basically he is 24/7 with me.
