Hi there, we are currently looking for a third person to share our house in Burwood East:
The available room is 3.0 x 3.4 metres for $200/week ($823/month). It has a small built in wardrobe and a double window. The room will be unfirnished.
The house is spacious and newly renovated and has underfloor heating, aircon and a decent yard out back. It's also walking distance to Burwood One shops and close to a tram stop which takes you to Deakin Uni, and Syndal station to get to the city.
You'll be living with me (32) -a full-time worker- and Trav (24) -a nursing student/works part time.
Our current housemate is moving out on February 12, we are looking for someone to move in from February 13 onwards.

I play an electric piano (with headphones) and am a big foodie, I like to eat and cook. I work full time. Trav is studying nursing and working part time as a carer. We are both into excercising/going to the gym. We also play boardgames on the regular too, so ideally looking for someone who would be keen to join us in that.
We are looking for a housemate who is sociable, yet happy to do their own thing too. You need to be able to clean up after yourself and mature enough to discuss any issues if they arise.
The main thing is that we get along and keep the house clean. Message me if you're interested and we can sort out a time for you to come over and see the place.
