The room comes furnished with a single bed, bedside table, desk, chair, air-conditioning. A room lock is installed.
There are 2 bathrooms in the house, so you will only be sharing the bathroom with one other person. We don’t currently have any housemates, so you may not have to share the bathroom for a few months. We will only be looking for female housemates.
The kitchen contains all necessary appliances (coffee machine, toaster, microwave, fridge, rice cooker, kettle) pots and pans, and utensils.

About occupants
We are a married couple. We are both working professionals. Amy lives here with our small dog Sammy, and Josh lives here part time. We work quite long hours (usually leave the house at 6:30am and am not home until 8pm. Every few weeks I do night shifts- so I appreciate quiet during that time. Sammy goes to my parents house while I'm at work. So you would have the house to yourself for a lot of the time.
