Great house in a fantastic location with lots of space. Big back living space for hanging out including a courtyard that gets lots of wonderful sun. A big front room that we use as a co-working space - so no need for pesky desks in bedrooms, unless you want to!
Split level with the available room on the top floor. Floor is split with one bedroom at each end with a shared bathroom in between. Separate bathroom downstairs with the other bedroom, so you’ll be sharing the bathroom with just one other.
House is fully furnished other than the bedroom itself.
House is in a fantastic spot in Brunswick West. Located off Hope St between Sydney and Melville Roads. Lots of great places to eat and drink within walking/riding distance
