Other information
This 1920s shirt factory conversion is truly unique, and that's on top of the maximalist interiors!

The fully furnished space includes exclusive use of the whole top floor of the house. That space consists of an elegant bedroom, own balcony and full attached bathroom, with original pressed tin sloping ceilings and beams.

There are two entire floors in between the room and the other bedrooms, delivering peace and privacy.

A stay over a month is contingent to a one month trial to ensure it's a fit.

Home Description

Description of the home

The maximalist house is a terrace within a 1920s converted factory. There are only a small number of properties in the building, and my very kind, friendly and quiet neighbours are mostly in their 30s and 40s. The house is close to trains, trams and buses, and close to nightlife, shopping and cafes.

About occupants
I am an open-minded, outgoing, creative and enthusiastic person in my early 40s, with a busy, full life. Most daytimes I work from home and most evenings I am out. When I'm not working I am often in my sewing room or at the gym. I'm kind, friendly and enjoy a chat, without being ever present in that chattiness.
Compatible people
It's very important that my flatmate be friendly, considerate (both in terms of not disrupting the neighbours as well as conscientious about noise and tidiness in the house), and loves dogs. It's very much not a party house, with the exception of the occasional dinner party, by mutual agreement.
Description of pets
I have a sweet teenage toy poodle who is quiet at home and a maniac in the local parks. He is very open to a cuddle, but happy to hang back when needed, and may even be open to a walk if desired.
