Modern 3 level Brunswick townhouse in a fantastic location if you like the urban lifestyle: 200m from Sydney rd and 500m from Lygon st. Walk to Brunswick Pool, Gyms, Supermarket and all the bars, music venues, cafes and restaurants you could hope for.
The bedroom on offer is on the first floor and shares a bathroom with separate toilet. My room is on the third floor with another bathroom. The ground floor has an open plan living/dining/kitchen, another toilet, and a study which is my music studio / guest bed. There is a small courtyard at rear.
The house is furnished with little room for addition furniture other than the bedroom (which has a bed).

In addition to playing music, I like seeing live music and having drinks in small bars. I also have a big focus on exercise and run, swim, climb and do weights regularly. I am usually an early riser with midnight a late night for me!
I love to cook and am happy to cook for whoever is home. I cook mainly plant based food, with fish added occasionally.
I do like having some interaction with housemates: morning coffee, dinners, drinks etc, but balanced with plenty of space as well. Happy for people to have a friend or three over for dinner and drinks from time to time (as I will) but it is not a house for regular parties. I like to be mindful of the neighbours.
No rules or task schedules! Flatmates just need to be reliable in terms of paying rent on time, be reasonably domesticated in terms of tidying up after themselves and contribute to the house in some way :-)
Well suited to someone traveling and in Melbourne for a few months. No space to accommodate furniture or household items.
