If you enjoy walking, there are plenty of parks to walk to and the beach is a short 10 minute drive. Chadstone shopping centre is approx 30minutes by bus and Southland is a short drive and or train ride away.

Gas winter time approx $250 every 2 months split between housemates. After Winter gas is approx $120. During winter best to have it on only for 3 hours tops per day to just heat up the house then switch to using electric heating if that makes sense....
