Description of the home
The house is modern renovated in a quiet location. There is outdoor space to enjoy and entertain at the front and back of the property. Inside feels spacious with a separate lounge with lots of seating options and a 75" TV. Netflix and Kayo included in rent. Internet also included in rent. There is a walk-in pantry with plenty of food storage, Nespresso coffee machine, Nutri bullet and everything you're welcome to use.
Out the back there is a little sanctuary with outdoor seating and BBQ. Fake grass keeps everything low maintenance and a great place to relax.
The available bedroom is very large 5.5m x 3.5m with wardrobe and study nook. Ignore the desk, guitar etc. in the photos, that will be all cleared out before you move in. The bedroom has a fan for cooling. For summer a large air con unit in the dining area to cool the house down. The house has ducted heating. You will have your own bathroom which is a large space and shares the laundry. Your bedroom and bathroom is down the other end of the house from the other bedrooms so has a sense of privacy. I have also included the central bathroom in the photos as it has a bath. There is a lockable garage if you need to store things in there. Clothesline is down the side of the house. Your parking space is on the road infront of the house but its a nice quiet street.
There is a separate sunroom between your bedroom and your bathroom/laundry adding to the spaciousness, which has a treadmill for anyone to use and a sofa.
The local area is very quiet, it's a 10min walk to a bus stop. Eltham and Greensborough shops are each a 5min drive away.

We keep a reasonably low profile. I like spending time playing golf, watching footy and Emma is often busy with part-time university on top of her Mon-Fri work. We love a good laugh and a chat but very conscientious and respectful of other's space and comfort. We prefer to do our own thing meals wise but would be happy to share the odd meal together especially in summer if we do a BBQ etc. We spend a few weeks in New Zealand every year visiting family so you would have the place to yourself during this time.
