We live in a 3 bedroom plus study house in Berwick, a 10 minute walk to the train station, Fed Uni and Chisholm Tafe. The freeway on ramps are within 1 km and we are just over 2kms to the heart of Berwick. the supermarkets are within 1km and there are many restaurants and take out eateries close by. The house is furnished and we have a large outdoor covered entertaining area. The bedroom is unfurnished and is a queen sized room.
