Quiet suburb and house. lovely spacious carpeted room, gets afternoon sun. Shared toilet, bathroom and kitchen and outdoor area and dining table for meals. Quaint older style house near Newport station. Large backyard. One bathroom with toilet in bathroom. Kitchen has bench space with stools for meals. The lounge area is limited as set up as study/music room. I practice uke and singing at times but very considerate and respectful of flatmates quiet enjoyment.
10 min walk to Williamstown waterfront and 5 min drive to Willy beach.
