Room is FURNISHED (Currently has comfortable double bed and desk, drawers in the bed frame, lamp, large built-in closet with shelves, and more drawers in closet).

- 21 minutes to CBD
- 7-min walk to Aldi and shops
- Bus stops nearby, alarm system, padlocked gate for extra safety,
- Washing machine
- Weekly cleaning service and yard work

- Lots of street parking

My daughter is home for 5 nights per fortnight and half of school holidays.

Looking for $225/weekly, PLUS bills ($240/weekly for a couple plus bills).
A fully refundable deposit is expected and week-to-week rent payment is okay. (Also a Steam cleaning fee - we’ll discuss)
