3 minute walk to Altona beach and only a 5 minute walk to the Pier Street shops/cafes. 7 minute walk to Altona train station.
Very large home with plenty of storage space. There is also one off street parking spot but we have a garage also that you can use if you don't plan on using your car very often. We also have a study we could rent out as well which is 3.1 x 2.1 if you work from home sometimes!
We currently don't have any furniture in the lounge room and we're sharing a fridge at the moment so if you have any furniture you're very welcome to use it in the lounge room and kitchen areas.
