1 bedroom and own bathroom (shower over bath) available mid February in Abbotsford.
Apartment facilities include indoor heated pool, sauna, gym, lounge/ media room, meeting room, cinema and virtual golf room. Parking not currently available, though may be by the time you move in (we can negotiate the rate).
The 109 and 12 trams are very close (20 mins or so to the city). Bike storage available. Right by Yarra Bend parklands, and bikeways. Coles, Kmart, cinema and IKEA across the road.
The bedroom can include a bed if needed.
