Minimal public transport, so a licence would be beneficial. Local iga provides necessities while Warragul and Drouin are a 20 minute drive away...
It's a simple home. Bedrooms x2, bathroom/s (there is 2 toilets but one is the kitties toilet room.) Furnished lounge room (which i barely use). Sunroom with coonara fireplace. No air-conditioning, but summers have definitely been bearable. Large kitchen with minimal bench space. I have everything a kitchen would need and more than happy to share as long as things are cleaned and looked after. Large yard filled with plants and veg gardenas, also with beautiful views. On-street and off-street parking
