Nice and quiet neighbours. Quiet street. Bus stop directly across the road. Approximately 8 minutes' drive to Maitland Hospital and Greenhills shopping centre. Walking distance to Thornton shopping village, lovely parks, oval, BBQ areas and wetlands. Approximately 2mins drive to train station. Short drive to the start of the freeway.
I have a well maintained, small, fully fenced yard. Undercover entertaining area and a single lock up garage (used for storage only. Has plenty of room if you need though.)
Please note I do have a dog. She is a 9-year-old Border Collie. EXCEPTIONALLY intelligent, friendly, well trained, sweet and calm. - You MUST love dogs as she is the light of my life! I also have an indoor / outdoor cat. He is 90% either outside or in my room (he is not a big people cat, so you probably won't see him much).

I do not have parties (very small ones on a special occasion only). I do not have many visitors.

As previously mentioned, they MUST love animals (particularly dogs).
I am a private person who does not like a lot of frequent guests. I like to keep my home quiet and peaceful.
