Hello beautiful people,

Due to work, we are relocating to Melbourne, hence we have to lease our beloved home!

Our house have two stories, upstairs consisted of two bedrooms and one newly renovated bathroom. So is the kitchen and amazing living room. We have two other bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs so making it a total of four bedrooms.

At the moment, downstairs are welcoming the Airbnb guests and we are living upstairs. However this might change since we won’t be able to host the guests anymore although we love meeting up with travellers and share good laugh with them.

We are recruiting two new semi long term tenants to fill up upstairs bedrooms, who would certainly enjoy the newly renovated shower room with heated floor and towel rack, and insulated window ( trust me, you need them in Hobart! )

And for downstairs, we are still considering our options, either with two other mid term tenants, or continue the Airbnb if the housemate do not mind hosting! It will be fun to be a host and meanwhile make some extra cash !
