The house is in a complex which has a pool, tennis court and undercover patio with cooking facilities. There's a big park the backs onto the property. There's a walking track with exercise equipment. And a fenced off dog area and a kids play area.
I have a decent sized backyard that is fully fenced off, so it's dog friendly and the back sliding door has a doggy door already installed.
