I've just taken on a 12 month lease for this gem and am looking for a roommate to join. Open to a 3 - 12 month lease. Available 5th - 15th Jan. Rent & bills will be split down the middle.

The apartment comes fully furnished. Approx 5 min walk to Tugan beach / town centre. It’s located in a private block in behind Currumbin wildlife sanctuary.

The living /kitchen area is huge. Santa should be delivering a TV. There's one secure underground car park, with extra space for bikes or boards.

My current roomies have gotten themselves pregnant so I'm getting the boot. Understandably, it may be a bit intimidating for a woman to move in with a guy they don't know. I'm Scott, a 34-year-old Australian/British male working as a Town Planner. I grew up between Tenterfield, Lightning Ridge, and Brisbane, and I've been living on the Gold Coast for a year now after spending six years in London.

I like to fit in as much social sport, outdoorsy stuff & cooking as I can. I tend to have a series or book on the go in the evenings. My social battery drains pretty quickly, so I enjoy using my home as a space to recharge. Though, I get along well with outgoing people and my arm is easily twisted if you've got any ideas.
