Nice big airy room with two big windows so lots of natural light. With light blocking curtains and a new ceiling fan. It has a large chest of draws and a wooden clothes rack. No bed as the last tenants broke it. Super close to Surfers Paradise (2 min drive, 10 min walk and everything you need transport, shops, restaurants, beaches, etc. so far enough away so you don't hear the sirens and commotion from the city. Lots of plants indoors and a massive garden balcony to relax and enjoy while viewing the city or canal.
