Seeking a mature person/ couple, for a flat in Southport. It is a dual living house, my husband and I live upstairs and it is totally seperate. Hoping to find someone secure and settled who works full time hours, 9-5 job would be ideal. The place needs to be respected - it is a no party house, our home is peaceful and we want to keep it that way.
The flat is fully unfurnished, we can offer a fridge, washing machine & tv if needed. It is available on Friday the 20th of September.
Please note that we will only allow a maximum of 2 people in the flat.
Rent is $650 a week for two people - this includes all bills (water, electricity and internet). It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat with a big backyard and pool. This flat is located in Southport behind Brickworks. If interested, please message a little about yourself.
