HAPPY FOR LONG OR SHORT TERM!! (MIN 1 MONTH STAY PREFERABLY)
PLEASE NOTE - I AM LOOKING FOR A FEMALE TENANT
NO COUPLES OR PETS PLEASE.
I have 1 bedroom available (and possibly a 2nd) for a female worker/student in our 4 bedroom home.
The home is within a few minutes drive to Bond Uni and the Robina Shopping Centre with public transport nearby. This area is a lovely area in Robina with beautiful parks and lakes nearby.
The bedroom is furnished, but it can be unfurnished if preferred. The room has a single bed, desk and a few items for storing clothes with a built-in cupboard for hanging clothes. The bathroom will be shared with my son (I have my own ensuite).
This large home offers a lot of space, with a big backyard.
(please also note that we dog sit - usually have maximum of 2 dogs - most often just one, and often have long periods of time where we don't have any dogs)
There is shared parking in the driveway or street parking, as I use the garage for my furniture restoring business.
Smoking acceptable outside only.
References are required and there is a 2 week bond in advance.
