Hello, I'm Casey, I'm 42 years old and I work in an Administration/Management position with the city. I work mainly from home and I'm looking for a respectful, quiet female to move into our spacious townhouse in Pacific Pines. I have shared custody of my 6 year old son Louis, (3 nights a week) .

We are a fun little duo. We'll provide a stable place where you can feel at home. Lou is a bright, funny little guy and he'll love you if you can play Mario Kart or draw with him from time to time. (No pressure)

I love cooking and have a healthy lifestyle. I'm fun, I'm clean and I'm easy going. I don't drink week to week (may have a couple socially on weekends) and don't smoke.

I have a healthy respect for peoples boundaries and would hope you will be the same, its important that I maintain a stable environment for my son. It'll be your home so I want you to feel comfortable, but if you're a party animal this probably isn't the place for you, also understand that the room is being rented to a single for a reason, and while I understand that people will have partners/visitors, the expectation would this would be a now and then thing, rather than 4 nights a week.
Open for discussion and to be flexible with this as long as boundaries are being respected :)

While its important the house is clean, I'm also not a complete neat freak who's going to leave you passive aggressive notes or make comments about a mug in the sink, homes are for living in, and life happens, as long as things get a spruce up regularly, you'll find me pretty easy going. (we have a Robot Vacuum too haha)

I have a TV in my room, so you can pretty much have the run of the Lounge most of the time.
