About the occupants
The 2 current housemates (Matt - male, Nicole - female) are in their 30's, laid back and easy going. Matt works away a lot, so often Nic is the only one home. We are seeking a tidy, respectful housemate, that is happy to share a drink or occasional BBQ on weekends, but we are not a party house. In saying that, the house has a pool table, a couple of cool arcade games, infrared sauna and great outdoor area which the housemates are all free to use :)
Matt and I get along well, will often cook for each other or share a drink and some pizza when Matts home, and love taking the jetski out on the weekend or going out for a pub meal. We would love another housemate to join us on some adventures, hikes, camping, beach trips etc, but also happy to have someone that would prefer to stick to themselves.
