Description of the home

Large 3 bedroom, 2 story villa centrally located in the quiet, safe and picturesque suburb of Main Beach. Our place is fully furnished. The bedroom can either come furnished or unfurnished.

There are two bedrooms located upstairs down the hall allowing for more privacy with the use of bathroom and separate toilet (only used by the occupants of the two rooms).

The downstairs area has a large kitchen with dining area and loungeroom, that opens out onto a private back patio with outdoor seating. This is a beautiful spot to sit and enjoy the morning sun.

Located close to the tram station and bus stop for easy access to public transport if needed. However if you have your own transport there is safe on street parking available. Only a 2 minute walk down to the beach or the local Yacht Club. There are plenty of restaurants and bars just a few minutes walk down on Tedder Avenue.

Suited to someone studying or working fulltime, respectful, clean and tidy. Enjoy this relaxed and vibrant living environment.
