Description of the home
I have affectionately nicknamed our house "The Resort" - because that's what it feels like, when you're lounging around the pool gazing out across the lake.
The backyard overlooks the stunning lake, with direct access down to the beach - yes we have a beach! I have SUPS available for a morning paddle or leisurely float right off the back lawn.
It's a big airy house with mutliple living spaces, with the bedrooms well separated from the living end of the house - the available room is super private. Beautiful high ceilings and so much natural light. Tropical gardens surround the house, and create lovely views through the windows.
The living, dining and kitchen open out onto an entertaining deck, that leads out to the pristine pool surrounded by palm trees.. and overlooking Pine Lake.
Modern kitchen with dishwasher. Separate laundry with washer and dryer, and additional toilet.
The available room is queen sized and very private. It has a double wardrobe with built in shelving and drawers. You have your own large bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity.
Driveway parking is available for 1 car.
Conveniently located a short walk from The Pines shopping centre which has three supermarkets and a range of other shops, with major bus routes departing from there. The beach is only 1.5km away. Close to all of the beautiful beaches and world famous surf breaks the Southern Gold Coast has to offer.
PLEASE NOTE: I have a little kitty Nisha, so this won't suit you if you have cat allergies, and strictly no other pets allowed.

I'm a kiwi gal who has called Australia home for over 12 years, with 10 years in Melbourne before moving to the beautiful Gold Coast early 2022. I run my own Virtual Assistant business from home, one of the bedrooms is my little office.
I love living an active lifestyle - surf (baby waves only!), head out for bike rides, play tennis, gym, get outside or to the beach at any opportunity. I'm obsessed with nature and get super excited for any and all wildlife, especially the birds & lizards in my own backyard (literally!).
I take pride in my beautiful home and like to keep the space clean & tidy.
