About occupants
I’m a bit older than most people on this site but I get along with all ages. I work with a big paint company doing a bit of work from home, work in store and also on the road visiting homes. I live a quiet stress free lifestyle usually in bed early and up early. I love heading to one of the great beaches in the area for a swim/sunbake, walking my dog and visiting cafes and restaurants in my free time. Someone short term who is easy going, and relaxed in the home. I am friendly and chatty but also respect the space of another in the home. My dog George however may not respect your space all of the time, so the right person must be ok with a bit of attention from him, and be a dog loving person. He will be excited when you come home and run towards you for a pat and attention. I understand that this may not be everyone's thing, but I hope that this paints a bit of a picture.

I prefer a flatmate who is friendly and engaging, but still respects personal space. I like to keep the unit tidy but I am not obsessive about it. I am looking for a flatmate that treats the home as a place for relaxation. Someone who is a bit of a dog lover would be great! The room is fully furnished, looking for a flatmate that requires the room to be furnished, as Im not wanting to sell it or move it.
