The room can be shared by 2 friends if possible, as long as you can share the queen bed. the price is $175.00 per week per lady, or $220.per week for a single housemate.
The rental period may be extended for the right housemate or housemates. For both our safety and security, I would like to meet in a public place for a coffee and then if we're both happy, you're welcome to come for an inspection. Thanks for understanding.
