My property has a swimming pool and located on the Nerang river in Carrara . 5 bedroom. Only 1 person living here now. But looking to rent two of the rooms to the right person :) Parking on the street. Close to emerald lakes which has a great walking track and coffee shops. The room is fully furnished with a Tv. We are after someone quiet, clean and respectful and who loves cats.

The room includes all bills. If the power bill goes over usual amount you will be charged extra. We will spilt the extra charges. This hasn’t happened in over 3 years. There’s an extra monthly cleaning fee. I get a cleaner to come in once a month
