Outside the bedroom is a nice living area space. This is on the second level. We the main occupants of the house mainly live downstairs and have our own bedroom and bathroom downstairs. There are three rooms upstairs. One of the other rooms we also plan on renting out as belonged to our adult daughter who has recently moved out. The other our son will use occasionally when he flies in from work. He is in his early 20’s and very friendly.

This bedroom has a beautiful view over the canal and is quite a large room with a large desk. It has air conditioning and a fan. About the occupants
Hi there, we are a happy busy professional couple in our 50’s. We live downstairs. We work from home a fair bit through the week, often at home week nights and often busy or away on weekends. There are many musical instruments in the house, I use and you are welcome to use. We are pretty casual laid people and are happy to interact as much or as little as you would like. Living upstairs you will have a lot of privacy. You are welcome to join us for some meals if you would like. We have had students live with us before and have formed life long friendships.
Compatible people
We are looking for either a full time student, young professional that works full time or a Japanese person (we are Australian but have lived in Japan). We would prefer between the ages of 18 and 26 (similar to our adult children who visit). Singles only no couples please. Friends welcome to visit but prefer not to stay over. Must like animals. Not a party house. Clean and tidy and look after your areas.
