FULLY-FURNISHED Resort Living on the Burleigh Esplanade-Available Mid Dec for approx 6 months

1 room with bathroom room is available in a 2 bedroom apartment within Le Beach Resort.
Amazing location on the beach half way between North Burleigh and Burleigh Heads. Water views.

$600 per week long term
$700 2 people per week

+ bills

$250 per night short term, min 3 nights.

Large spacious apartment on the top floor (3rd level) with sea views from balcony
A/C and ceiling fans
Kitchen with all amenities including dishwasher
Own ensuite with shower
Iron and ironing board
Room contains converted King bed (2 single beds with midline attachment)
Mirrored built-in robes
Separate laundry with Washer and Dryer

Other bedroom is used by me. I work and study from home and occasionally travel for work. I use the dining table as my work desk and seeking people who are working through the day.

This is my home and not a party house so would need someone respectful of that, and also clean and tidy.
