Hi I'm a professional Artist (work and live downstairs in studio/garage and my bedroom) My place is a 2 story 4 bedroom town house in a tranquil and beautiful complex includes a swimming pool and tennis court. I live downstairs, the upstairs (female only) features 2 large bedrooms and a studio bedroom (this room thats available is the studio room). The upstairs is being rented. Everything is modern and clean. A tranquil oasis, Art throughout the place, and beautiful gardens water features ponds (I'm a keen gardener) makes for a inviting relaxed atmosphere.

Across the road is the nature reserve and only a few minutes from harbour town, public transport, the bus stop is just 2 minutes walk. The Broadwater and Westfield shopping centre runnaway bay shopping centre and a convenience store across the road all close to my place in Biggera Waters. The fellow flatmates are very easy going and friendly, one from Thailand the other from Argentina.
