Located in a peaceful area with plenty of off-street parking, the house is close to Benowa Shopping Village, where you’ll find cafes, restaurants, a bottle shop, petrol station, beauty salon, a large Coles and more.

The beaches nearby are some of the best on the Gold Coast, just a short drive away. There’s also a Hot Yoga and Magnesium Hot/Cold Plunge, Sauna, and Steam Room Centre only 5 minutes from home.

Looking for a responsible, friendly, and easygoing housemate who’ll enjoy the relaxed energy here. The kitchen has plenty of space and storage, and the house is clean and peaceful. A tidy, respectful person would be the perfect fit. Also has a large study.
