About the occupants
I'm Rhiannon, in my mid 30's and work as a clinical and sports psychologist. I work full time hours and spend most evening's during the week either surfing or going to the gym. Occasionally, I see telehealth clients from home or work away for a few days at a time. Otherwise I work out of a private practice in Ocean Grove, or with an elite sports program in Geelong. I keep pretty quiet during the week and am social on the weekends catching up with friends, surfing, eating out, listening to live music, camping, hiking, or doing some surf photography. I am very clean, respectful of others space, and enjoy a laugh, a wine and cook-up. I don't use chemicals, pesticides, nasty cleaning products, perfumes or toilet sprays in the house, and am mindful of unnecessary electricity use. Torquay also has an abundance of organic produce and wholefoods at our doorstep, so I generally eat pretty clean and healthy and spend a few hours doing meal prep for the week (usually with a glass of wine while listening to records).
Compatible people
Someone who is respectful of others space, clean and tidy, and doesn't work from home. This would be the perfect home for a surfer, adventurer, or nature/wildlife lover. Ideally, you would be up for a laugh, cooking a meal, or going for a surf but mindful of having quality personal space.
Description of pets
I have one cat Charlie who is very social, friendly, but also likes his personal space. He's an inside cat so will need to be mindful not to let him out. My current housemate LOVES Charlie, so he has become very used to time in spending time in their room. You would need to be ok around cats and willing to have frequent visits and cuddles from Charlie as he will likely want to come into your room and say hi.
