I just bought this Villa. I’ll be open with you & share this info. Council rates (water, bin collections) are $250/2mths, Body Corporate fees (external painting, security gate, insurance of external premise, common area landscaping) $800/qtr. plus any facilities management, being electrical, plumbing, A/C etc. I take care of that.
Only thing I ask is the odd ‘chip-in’ for Power (lights, HOT water) which is pre-paid, we’ll discuss but thinking around $75/mth.
