Right next to the bus stop, two-minute drive to Coles and ten-minute drive to Gosford CBD.

Supplied unfurnished although I'm happy to provide certain items at the time of occupancy (such as twin bed, lights, heaters, etc).

Looking for somebody who is working or studying in their 20’s - 30’s, who is also looking to stay for a reasonable amount of time (3 months).

Electricity, internet and water bill included in rent. Rent is paid fortnightly at 200 p/w, after time stayed. Bond paid upfront and is two weeks rent ($400).

My name is Oliver and I like to go to the beach, exercise, ride my motorbike and renovate my house. I'm 27 years old and have been working in the pharmaceutical production industry for a number of years now. Recently I've been looking for tenants to share the space in my house.
