Recently built townhouse in the Norrebro development in Watson. The house is fully furnished, including a bed that can be removed if you have your own.

Close to tram and bus lines,
Approx. 15 minutes to places such as the CBD, Airport, Fyshwick, Belconnen etc..
There is also lots of green space and walking track: surrounding the area as well.

You’ll be sharing the house with only myself. However, I do have a 11 month old dog that has passed puppy school. She isn’t a year round shedder and I don’t expect you to feed/clean/look after her. She is crate trained and sleeps in my room.
