This is a friendly relaxed household with an established garden, fruit trees and front and back covered decks, evaporative cooling, gas heating and a slow combustion fireplace in the lounge room. The house has a 5.5 EER rating so it is comfortable all year. There is ample storage and a lot of natural light. You will be sharing with two mature age female public servants, who may be working from home occasionally. You would be sharing the bathroom with one other female. Close to bus route, local shops, Canberra University and Belconnen Mall. Suit mature / mature aged student.
