We’re a 5mins drive or 10mins cycle to botanical gardens! 5mins drive to IGA or 10mins from Woolies/ Coles. There’s a heap of cafes down the road in cycling distance of us. A few parks nearby & the green arrow trail head is just a walk away :) it’s a quiet neighbourhood with gorgeous views of Mount Whitfield.
