Bills and expenses

All Utilities Costs, Internet and cleaning products are included (fair use) in return for cleaning services and assistance with staging prior to property inspections (This property is currently listed for sale). I may be travelling a bit between Cairns and Brisbane so possibly not in the unit full time. If the apartment is not sold in September I will probably return to Brisbane. In that event, the Master bedroom with private ensuite will also become available for $550/wk per couple inclusive of utilities and internet.

About the occupants
My name is Steve, I am a semi-retired business improvement consultant and a resident of Brisbane. I am looking to sell my Cairns apartment within the next 3 months. I will potentially be travelling between Brisbane and Cairns during this period and staying at the apartment whilst in Cairns. I look after my current clients remotely so will be online a bit whilst in Cairns whilst arranging for prospective buyers to inspect the property. I am happy to share a wine, meals, social occasions etc with fellow flatmates but also respectful of others' privacy and quiet enjoyment of my little slice of paradise.
Compatible people
It is very important that occupants of the apartment are respectful of my property and of the other residents of the small complex (most of whom are owners or long term tenants). Continuous cleanliness of the property is a key factor especially considering the fact that prospective buyers may be inspecting the apartment from time to time - reasonable notice of these occurrences will be provided of course and all cleaning products will be supplied. Rental is monthly in advance in addition to the bond. Employed persons with local rental history and references are preferred.
