Gas & Water not included. Every bill cycle (2-3 months) we divide equally. Usually around $40 each. Unlimited Internet is available $22 a month. We have streaming services on the communal TV which are included with rent. (Netflix, Disney & Prime)

About the occupants
There are currently 4 of us however one person will be moving out soon. Me (Taeja) & Kael (19) share the master room at the very front of the house. We spend most of our time in our room but our door is generally open to anyone who wants to talk. I don’t work much due to disabilities however Kael works part time in Yarrabilba.
Talia (23) is my best friend and has her own room. She is very private but does enjoy a chat or activity once in a while. She works most days in the week and enjoys resting when she isn’t.

Courage - Assistance Dog - Golden Retriever
He is a working dog and is in training still but he absolutely loves cuddles, attention and playing. He comes most places withe so when I’m out so is he.
Lunar - Cat - Russian Blue x Black Tabby
She loves cuddles. She is very social but does prefer alone time. She likes being handled but will let you know if she doesn’t. She is strictly an inside cat and stays in our room of a nighttime and when we go out.

Izac - Dog - Australian Kelpie
Izac is friendly and has an old soul. He is obsessed with the cats so if you want to find the cats just find him!
Geralt - Dog - Husky x Mastif
Geralt is the calmest, chillest and laziest pup you’ll ever come across. He sleeps most of the day and just wants naps, pats and food.

Cookie is shared between Taeja and Talia. She is very young and is super playful and cute. She sticks to Talias room mostly but has started enjoying exploring the house.
