Description of the home

I am looking for a respectful, clean and responsible human to share my Townhouse located in Wynnum West.

The townhouse has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a small patio and a well-equipped kitchen (the 3 bedrooms are located upstairs). The complex has a swimming pool and it is located just a couple of minutes from Wynnum Plaza and less than 10 mins to the waterfront (Manly / Wynnum), bus stop just outside of the complex, and a couple of train stations very close too (Lindum & Wynnum 5 mins / Manly 7 mins) and 15 mins to the airport .The complex has a secure gate and space for parking.

The main bedroom has an ensuite and a little balcony; second bedroom is a little smaller and has access to the second bathroom, which has a bath. The third bedroom is my son’s The three bedrooms have built-in wardrobe and come with bed and bedside tables (can take bed and furniture from the room if required). I am open to offer the main or second bedroom based on your needs. Downstairs (garage) I have a standing desk and dual monitor that we can share as office space.

Room 2: Smaller room $300 pw – own bathroom with bath

Bills are not included (internet and electricity)
