Clean Apartment close to PA Hospital, transportation, and shops!
In this apartment it is just me living here (I've been here for 1+ years now), we have a spacious living room, kitchen, and desk area. The apartment also has a spacious balcony.

Your room would include carpet, a large sliding-door wardrobe with mirrors, air conditioning, and you would have your own bathroom right next to the room.

The building itself has very quiet and nice residents, a BBQ area on the communal rooftop balcony and view of the Brisbane city.

Our appliances (which would be shared) include; washing machine and dryer, full kitchen with fridge, oven, and stovetop. We also have a dish washer. We also have a parking spot in the buildings underground garage (I don't own a car), so it would be all yours!

About the area: we are a 1 minute walk from restaurants, a chemist, bulk-billing doctors office, Woolworths, and a Target (a long with a few more shops). We are a block away from the Princess Alexandra Hospital and have convenient access to bus stops along Ipswich road and it's a quick walk to the PA Hospital bus platform which can take you along the metro route running every 5-15 minutes.

Please Note: You will have to be put on the lease, which will be done after an approval process by the building owners.
