Room For Rent with an air-conditioner. The house has shared bathroom and separate toilet with a full kitchen and combined living and dining.
There is a bus station and train station within walling distance as well as a few parks in the area and a local supermarket close by.
I am looking for a neat, clean and honest flatmate to live with.
Rent will include electricity, internet and household amenities.
Absolutely no pets or children.
Preferably non smoker and female but not requires.
