Conveniently located, this brand-new apartment is about a 3-minute walk from The West Village,bus stops for the cityglider, Boundary Street, Coles, and everything else you desire in terms of shopping and entertainment. Davies Park and the river walk are another 5-minute walk in the other direction, so when you need to relax and unwind, the river is very close by!
You will be renting the master bedroom, with walk in robe and your own bathroom/ toilet ensuite.
The master bedroom has a big window that lets in a lot of natural light - with a view all the way to Mt Cootha, you can watch the sunset each day without leaving your room!
The apartment has only just been built so all the facilities are brand new, including new carpet in the bedroom and walk in robe. The walk in robe has plenty of storage and shelf/ hanging space. Your ensuite bathroom includes sink, storage, shower and toilet.
The shared living area is airy and spacious, with a balcony overlooking the street. The kitchen has a new fridge, oven and stove top, microwave, kettle, and plenty of cupboard space. 
This apartment has washing machine and dryer facilities hidden neatly behind closed doors off the living area, very convenient, no need to go to laundromat!
Your room will be unfurnished, the rest of the house is furnished. However, there is still a little bit of room for you to bring some of your own furtniture items to contribute to the shared area if you have them (there is already a couch, dining table etc).
House mate desirables are working fulltime, direct/ honest/ kind communicator who doesn’t have a car because the car space is already taken. No couples, sorry.

My name is Chiahui I’m originally from Taiwan but grew up Brisbane. I’m 43 year old cis woman and am the owner/occupant of the apartment. I’m currently working full time in the creative industry as a costumer. I’m super laid back, friendly and love anything creative. I’m an open and respectful communicator, so it would be awesome to find someone who also values respect and good communication. On the weekends, I would likes to check out new restaurants and cafes, hang out with friends, see live music, go to markets and generally get out and about. When at home, I spends a lot of time either in her bedroom watching the latest shows, or in the kitchen cooking delicious food!

Ideally would have a full time job, clean and tidy and don’t mind a chat. There’s not really a place to park a car around here because the only street parking available around here is metered. It’s only a 5 min walk to the 60 bus stop 6min walk to the 199 bus stop. 15 min walk to the cultural centre and 20 min walk into the city.
