We are renting out 2 of the rooms in our fully furnished 3 storey House with plenty of relaxed living spaces. We have rented 1 last week and have 1 room left for rental. We are located in a quiet cul de sac on Mt Gravatt Mountain with views over Mt Gravatt, to the Bayside and Mt Tamborine. The entry level is a big spacious furnished combined lounge and dining room with over 12ft ceilings and reverse cycle aircon/heating along with a small powder room, drinks bar and bar fridge. The shared kitchen is upstairs on a mezzanine level and is fully equipped with dishwasher, gas cooktop, electric oven, large fridge freezer and microwave. There is a shared balcony off the kitchen which is partially covered. There is a BBQ and seating, with views of Upper Mt Gravatt and beyond. The second level is where the bedroom for rent is located. The room shares a veranda with another bedroom and has beautiful views. The room has a double bed and a desk and is key locked. It shares a bathroom and toilet with 1 other person. There is a shared laundry, with undercover close line on this level as well. Our son currently rents the bottom level and has 2 dogs and a cat that live downstairs with him and in the backyard which is private for him. There is a lease and bond and 1 weeks rent in advance for each room on the property. The house has solar power to assist with reducing electricity bills!

Hi my name is Mandie. My husband and I are travelling around Australia for a year and renting out 2 of the bedrooms in our house. We have already rented out one of the rooms to Charuka and Dewni 23 & 25. Dewni is studying at Griffith Uni and Charuka is a Manager at a local restaurant. Callun our son, 30 works in QLD Government and part time Uber driver. He is currently renting the downstairs area of the house with 2 dogs and a cat. The animals live downstairs and only have access to Callun’s room and the backyard, which are not shared spaces. Callun, Charuka and Dewni are all quiet, friendly relaxed people who all have very busy lives and like their own spaces, but more than happy to have a chat when cooking meals or just chilling out. Callun, Charuka and Dewni are all clean and tidy people and are respectful of living with other people. So if you think this house sounds like your new home and your looking for somewhere for about 12 months then come and have a look.

Hi I'm looking for a friendly and considerate people with a positive attitude to life. If your after a drama-free home an don't mind doing your bit to keep the home tidy then we are on the same page. Cleaning is a shared responsibility and we take weekly turns cleaning the communal areas. I think it's great to have a friendship within the home but also respect each other's space and privacy and we are in no way a party house.
