A great older timber style home which is large/spacious and provides a feeling of warmth and relaxation. The house is set down from the street for privacy and sits on a just under 1/2-acre block nestled amongst trees and only a short walk to Toohey Forrest giving the feeling of tranquility, a piece of country only 6 kms from the CBD, close to Griffith University Nathan, Cafes, Supermarket.

I am looking for a quiet, happy easygoing no drama housemate Male or Female no couples full-time employed or part-time working student to share with easygoing relaxed mature female and 25yo male, you will need to be someone who is happy to do their own thing catching up for a chat here and there as we both are busy.

You will need to be someone who is happy to clean up after themselves and share in normal domestic chores like take the rubbish out, sweep the kitchen floor, wipe down benches etc. you know the boring things.

If you can pay your rent on time, help with the little things, don't hold large gatherings and keep your space clean and have a job your near perfect.

I'm Dee this is my home, I am a full time mature UNE student, I am also self-employed and work part-time 4 days a week as well as run a full-time online business from home.

Caleb the other housemate is a 25yo old forklift driver who starts early in the mornings hence why we are looking for someone quiet. He is quiet, polite who is happy to catch-up chat and a laugh in the kitchen during cook times.

I am easy going, busy and love that my home has that homey and tranquil feeling, this is definitely not a party house so if you like to have people coming and going and gatherings then my home is not for you. I like my home living to be simple, clean and tidy and definitely drama free.

I have a beautiful big Rottweiler who protects the house and the people living within so you will need to be comfortable around large dogs, he is trained. So, it is important that you love animals, he is a mobile security system with a job to do to protect the house and the people inside, so any visitors I will need to know in advance to ensure their safety.
