Description of the home

We live in a 3 storey town house in Taigum and have a room on the top floor available for rent. The room easily fits a Queen bed and has a large built in cupboard.
There is a desk and chair currently in the room, which you're able to use, or I can relocate them.

Next to your room is your private bathroom. Myself and the other Tennant use another bathroom.

On the second floor where the kitchen and lounge room is located, is a shared toilet.
The townhouse has a small balcony.

I live in the town house with my mum, she works full time and enjoys going to the gym. She has a dachshund, Harold. Having someone who likes dogs is a must.

Im 34, work full time and live between here and with my Grandma.

Smoking outside is accepted.

There is a pool in the complex. Internet, power and water are included in rent.

There is parking in the complex and on the street. Due to construction across the road and the amount of cars in the complex, finding a park can sometimes be frustrating, however we've never not been able to get one.

Taigum village is within walking distance. Bus stop out the front of the complex.

The room is available from Monday 10th March until 26th December.
