I provide beds with bedsheets & pillows but please bring or buy your own blankets or quilt & your own bath towels. The house is fully furnished. I have a washing machine , 2 refrigerators , stand fan desk fan & the lounge area is aircon. There is a large swimming pool but it is not a party house. No sleep overs . The house have a polished timber floors all through the house. . And my next door neighbours are quite, if you want to use a heater or the aircon then you need to pay an extra $20 per week.
