Bills are tallied based on our current usage for two people with another added on top (0.5x - we arent big users), happy for heightened use of water and electricity however if this goes above the base inclusion we may request an amount on top to cover if necessary - this would be a fair conversation and agreement. In example, we do not really use the aircon but if you enjoy it on while home that is completely fine, it may just run the bill higher than our forecasted bills so a $20 extra may cover the additional use in that particular billing period.

Hi my names Jamie (32), I am an ex chef that has pivoted their career from the hospitality field into video game design, I study at QUT Gardens Point and have a year left of my studies. I enjoy playing games and socialising, have recently had a keen interest in walking in afternoons and enjoy the local conservation park, love good food and enjoy a rum here and there.

Josh (35), my partner, is an avid hobbyist and enjoys lego construction, video games and being active in several activities, hiking, kayaking, running, bike riding, gym, etc. He works at QLD Health in graphic and product design.

We are both very laid back people and have been together for 6 years. We bought this house early this year and are very proud of this house. Introducing a new person to our space is exciting, we will be respectful to your needs in a household and are hoping that the same respect will be provided to our property. Were always keen for meals together, watching shows, hanging out but totally understand if you need your own private space, just know we are incredibly easy to live with :)
